Schaarai Zedek will join our friends at Palma Ceia Presbyterian Church on the last night of Passover for a special screening of the new documentary, The Last Green Thread. The film covers the Florida Wildlife Corridor’s recent Heartland to Headwaters expedition, which followed and highlighted a thin trail of wild land that connects the Everglades’ headwaters just south of Orlando to the Green Swamp just northeast of Tampa – two of Florida’s largest wetland systems.

As we conclude our celebration of crossing the Red Sea on dry land, we will also discover the importance of restoring Florida’s natural water supply.

The screening will be followed by a panel discussion, including Congresswoman Kathy Castor, about conservation efforts in the state of Florida.
