Staff Profile

Naomi Litwak is the Director of Youth Programming at Congregation Schaarai Zedek. She graduated from the University of Central Florida in May 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a minor in Judaic Studies. Naomi always knew that working in the Jewish community was where she wanted to be, and she is beyond excited to be part of the Schaarai Zedek community.

Naomi grew up in a rabbinic family immersed in congregational life in Miami, Florida. She attended Jewish day school through eighth grade, was active in NFTY–Southern Tropical Region (STR), and began her long-standing connection to URJ Camp Coleman in 2011. She strengthened her leadership and informal education skills through her staff roles at Camp Coleman and Camp Jenny and through her board experiences with NFTY–STR and her college sorority, Alpha Epsilon Phi. Naomi has always enjoyed working with children and is eager to create meaningful and exciting experiences for Schaarai Zedek’s youth.
