Staff Profile

Lauren Kiernan is thrilled to lead the Amy Gail Buchman Preschool at Congregation Schaarai Zedek. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Florida State University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of South Florida. Lauren brings 17 years of experience in education through a variety of teaching and leadership positions. Most recently, she served as Assistant Principal of Elementary Instruction at Lithia Springs Elementary and Gorrie Elementary.

Lauren lives in the FishHawk area with her husband, PJ, and their two daughters. She has been a proud member of the Schaarai Zedek community since 2015 and holds the Amy Gail Buchman Preschool in the highest regard, as her youngest daughter previously attended the preschool.
