Hard copy tickets are no longer issued. No tickets or passes are required. Those who register will have their names on the master list at the entrance, should any questions arise.

Ticketing Information

Complimentary Access

• Members in good standing (dues current as of ticket request)
• Unmarried children under age 26 living locally
• Immediate family living outside Hillsborough, Pinellas, or Pasco Counties (request in advance)
• Full-time college students (with valid student ID)
• Full-time enlisted military personnel
• Members of out-of-town Reform congregations with URJ reciprocity

Guests & Community Visitors

• Out-of-town guests of members are welcome with a suggested donation
• First-time visitors new to the Tampa area may request tickets with a one-time suggested donation (can be applied toward membership if joining within the same fiscal year)

Traveling or hosting out-of-town URJ members? Use the Reciprocity section to request courtesy seating.

Request reciprocal seating at a URJ-affiliated congregation when traveling during the High Holy Days. Eligibility is for members in good standing of their home congregation. Seating is at the discretion of the destination congregation. Questions should be directed to the home congregation where the traveling member belongs.

Childcare

Childcare for ages 18 months to 7 years is available during select services. Advance registration required.

• Rosh Hashanah deadline: September 17
• Yom Kippur deadline: September 26
• Bring labeled diapers, snacks, and drinks. Drop-off at the Amy Gail Buchman Preschool entrance.

Selichot

Mark the start of the season with dinner, a special program led by our clergy, and a reflective service as we change the Torah covers to white. Registration is appreciated.

Family and Tot Services

Interactive, age-appropriate services filled with music, storytelling, and celebration, perfect for families with children from birth through elementary school. Registration is appreciated.

Rosh Hashanah Baby Blessings

Families with babies born in the past year are invited to receive a special blessing. Registration is appreciated.

Tashlich Service

Symbolically cast away the missteps of the past year in a beautiful outdoor ritual.

Cemetery Services

Gather at Woodlawn and Myrtle Hill for meaningful services in memory of loved ones.

Open Discussion

Explore thought-provoking topics and traditions in an informal Yom Kippur afternoon conversation with Rabbi Birnholz.

Healing Service

Join Cantor Buchman for reflection, prayer, meditation, and communal support for those seeking healing.

Roll of Remembrance

Honor the memory of your loved ones in our Roll of Remembrance, distributed during Yom Kippur’s Yizkor service. Please complete the form by September 12. Suggested donation: $18 per name.

Memorial Plaques

Create a lasting tribute with a memorial plaque. Cost: $500. Orders placed by September 12 will be listed in this year’s Roll of Remembrance. Physical delivery before Yom Kippur is not guaranteed.

Hunger Project

Led by Schaarai Zedek teens, this annual project supports the Tampa Jewish Family Services Community Food Bank, which distributes more than 5,500 bags of food each year to over 450 local households.
