High Holy Days Ticket Request
for all ticketed services. All members and guests must request tickets to attend and must be in good financial standing. Service preferences are honored on a first come, first served basis until we reach maximum capacity for each service. Seating capacity at each service is limited by safety and building and fire code regulations. If upon receipt of your order form the requested service time has reached capacity, you will be assigned to another available time.
There is no charge for members of an out-of-town Union of Reform Judaism congregation. Your guest’s congregation must send a URJ courtesy seating request form to Congregation Schaarai Zedek.
If you have already submitted a Ticket Request form (either physical or online),
submit a duplicate form. If you need to make changes to a form you have already submitted, contact Sarah Alexander in the Temple Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or (813) 876-2377 ext. 203.

For security purposes, please provide the names of all individuals wishing to attend High Holy Days Services. If you are bringing a non-member as a guest, they must fall under one of the following categories: family members residing outside of Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties; nursing home residents; active duty military enlisted personnel; full-time college students with ID; and unmarried children, 25 years old or younger.
For security purposes, please provide the name(s) of all family members wishing to attend High Holy Days Services.
Please tell us how many tickets you will need for each service. Every person attending will be required to have their own ticket. Services on the same day are duplicate services.
