We are looking forward to seeing all of our Sisterhood Members, including Little Sisters, at our Sisterhood Membership Appreciation Night on Tuesday, January 14. A special evening of health, wellness, relaxation, and stress reduction is planned for our Sisterhood Members. Musician and vocalist Ona Kirei will set the tranquil tone. We’ll participate in a Tai Chi and Qi Gong class for all levels taught by a certified instructor, Bonnie Birdsall, where we can improve our strength, flexibility, and balance. We will also experience a guided meditation with a registered yoga teacher, Willow Marcotte, which can help us to relax and reduce stress. There will be additional health practices such as massage and acupressure. You will feel refreshed and renewed. This event is free of charge to all Sisterhood Members and includes a healthy dinner and fun surprises. We will show our appreciation for our Sisterhood Members with this night dedicated to your health and well-being!
