Shabbat for the Body, Mind, and Soul

Make Shabbat morning a part of your week! Feel free to join us for one, two, or all three parts of our morning.
8:00 am – Shabbat Yoga: Join certified yoga instructor Tammy Thompson in a morning yoga class. All ages and experience levels are encouraged to participate. Yoga mats will be provided.
9:15 am: Torah Study: After yoga, join us for an enlightening and engaging look at the Torah portion of the week.
10:30 am: “Come as You Are” Shabbat Service: Enjoy a casual Shabbat morning service. We’ll provide bagels and you are welcome to eat during the service. Coloring books will be available if you want to bring children.
