Our blood drive is right around the corner at Congregation Schaarai Zedek on Sunday, May 7th from 8 AM – 1 PM with a goal of 10 donors! All donors will receive a $20 e-gift card along with OneBlood T-Shirt Day! Plus, donor will always receive a free wellness screening!

After you make an appointment to donate, make sure you prepare for the day of drive! How do you prepare? Make sure that you drink plenty of water the days leading up to the blood drive, eat well-balanced iron rich meals (especially the morning before donating), and bring and ID with you! Lastly, make sure you limit your caffeine intake the morning before drive.
